I love picking out interesting holiday wines that pair perfectly with the meal. This year I was thinking of introducing a sparkling wine to add to the festivities of our Thanksgiving party. I think there is something about bubbly that says celebration. Since Thanksgiving is the official kickoff to the holiday season it is the perfect time to bring out the bubbly! This prosecco is also featured in Food & Wine magazine as a top 10 Thanksgiving pick this month. It is quite lovely!
