Today I got stuck in the office underneath a pile of work and sent my husband on a mission to pick up a bottle of wine from my favortie Country Roads package store to select the featured wine of the week. So tonight we are tasting together. Cheers!Tasting Notes: Quite different than most New Zeland Sauvignon Blancs, this wine is quite lovely. It is an elegant and crisp wine with citrus notes and a fresh, clean finish. Exceptionally versatile wine that pairs perfectly with chicken, Ceasar salad, grilled fish, seafood and creamy pasta sauces.
